As an Exhibitor, your online registration is preferred.

On behalf of the Iowa World Language Association, we would like to invite you to participate as a vendor, exhibitor, and/or presenter at the Iowa World Language Association State Conference in Des Moines, Iowa at Des Moines Area Community College, 2006 S Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, Iowa, 50023. Bldg. 5

We are excited to be in Des Moines, a central location for all educators in the state of Iowa. In the past, the conference has drawn about 250-300 participants, mostly K-16 teachers or professors of French, German, and Spanish. We will have plenty of exhibit breaks to give conference participants opportunities to view your display and/or purchase your products.

You are also welcome to send a proposal for an instructional presentation. Proposal applications are available online at www.iwla.net. Please note that there is a deadline to submit a proposal.

There are additional sponsorship opportunities available in different pricing tiers.

The Exhibitor request form is separate from the Sponsorship/Advertising registration. You should be able to pay for both invoices together using the payment system.

Exhibitors are welcome to set up at 7:00 am Saturday. It is possible to drop off materials Friday after 4:00pm. There will be a welcome reception from 4:30pm -6:30 pm Friday to welcome exhibitors which you are welcome to attend.

The Sponsor registration must be completed by September 1.
To qualify for each level and its benefits, the minimum donation amount must be met.
A Sponsor is defined as one individual, organization, or company.

You will be billed immediately and will also receive a follow-up email that contains your receipt.
